Fall is coming and what’s a better way to get a workout in than to lace up your sneakers, throw on a sweater, and get outside for a walk. Walking is some of the best exercise you can get. It improves posture, helps with digestion, and being outside improves your overall mood. If you have a pup that’s even more of an excuse to take them out for a nice long walk.
Not everyone is a great dancer, but that’s okay because taking a dance class can not only teach you some new moves. It can help to boost your confidence while you break a sweat.
